2) A web host

Building Your Website

If you're going to create a static website like this, you can use Artisteer to design it, or you can use my CSS web templates. If you want to make money as an affiliate marketer or with Google AdSense, you may want to consider using Site Build It!.
For creating a blog, I highly recommend WordPress. Here's a tutorial on how to get started.
